Our Florence Cutting Board is a perfect collaboration between master woodworker Eileen O'Dea and master chef Shayna Taylor of Shayna’s Kitchen. The Florence is made with a nod to the antique French butcher boards, the name is inspired by Shayna’s recent move to Italy. Each slab of white oak is hand selected by Eileen, and live sawn to keep its edges and character intact. Each board is carefully vetted in Shayna’s kitchen.
It's sturdy, ready for your toughest cuts, but it's also beautiful enough to serve on, to gather around.
