Our Roots

The Wooden Palate was founded by Ryan Silverman, a woodworker with a clientele most only read about, and his wife, Eileen O'Dea, a chef who swapped the kitchen for the workshop. Together, they design each piece with one thing in mind: that it will endure, long after the moment it was first held.
